Winter skin can appear dull or rough from a build up of dead skin cells. Exfoliating once a week helps remove that dull layer and reveal healthy glowing skin. Winter means low humidity inside and out. Your furnace can decrease humidity in your home as well. Use a humidifier to combat dry indoor air.
